Ordering
How do I place an order?
Visit our Order Now page and use our deck builder tool. Simply paste your decklist (from sources like Moxfield, Archidekt, or any standard MTG decklist format), choose your card finish options, and add the deck to your cart. You can add multiple decks to a single order. Once your cart is ready, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.
What decklist formats do you accept?
We accept standard MTG decklist formats including plain text lists (e.g. “4 Lightning Bolt”), Moxfield exports, Archidekt exports, and most other common formats. Each line should include the quantity and card name. Our system will validate your list and let you know if any cards cannot be found.
Is there a minimum or maximum card count per deck?
Yes. Each deck must contain a minimum of 18 cards and a maximum of 200 cards. If you need more than 200 cards, simply split them into multiple decks. There is no limit to the number of decks you can add to a single order.
Can I order multiple decks in one order?
Absolutely! You can add as many decks as you like to your cart. Each deck is printed and packaged separately within your order. This is also a great way to split large orders that exceed the 200-card per-deck limit.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us at support@proxy-prints.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We process orders quickly, so we can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered production. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes.
Pricing
How much do proxy cards cost?
Our proxy cards are priced at $0.35 per card. The total cost is calculated based on the number of cards across all decks in your order, plus any applicable shipping and taxes.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We offer free shipping on US orders of 100 or more cards, which effectively provides a discount on larger orders. Our per-card price of $0.35 is already competitively priced for the premium quality we deliver.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Are there additional fees for Canadian orders?
Canadian orders include applicable provincial/federal sales tax (GST/HST/PST) calculated at checkout based on your province. Additionally, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, brokerage fees, and import taxes imposed by Canadian customs authorities (CBSA). These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.

What are proxy cards?
Proxy cards are high-quality reproductions of Magic: The Gathering cards intended for playtesting, casual play, and home games. They allow you to test deck ideas and play with friends without purchasing expensive singles. Proxy cards are not official Wizards of the Coast products and are not legal for sanctioned tournament play.
What card stock and printing quality do you use?
We use S33 German Black Core card stock, which is the industry standard for high-quality playing cards. Our cards feature full-color, high-resolution printing that closely matches the look and feel of official MTG cards. They shuffle well and are virtually indistinguishable during casual play.
Can I use proxy cards in tournaments?
No. Proxy cards from any third-party printer (including us) are not legal for sanctioned tournament play. They are intended for playtesting, kitchen table magic, casual events, and other non-sanctioned formats. Always check with your playgroup or event organizer regarding their proxy policy.
Do you print both sides of the card?
Our standard cards are printed single-sided with the card face on the front and a generic card back. This provides the best print quality and is ideal for sleeved play, which is how most players use their cards.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processor. We also support Google Pay and Link by Stripe for a faster checkout experience.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor (the highest level of security certification). We never store your credit card information on our servers. Your checkout is protected with SSL encryption.
Returns & Issues
What if I receive damaged or incorrect cards?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect cards, please contact us at support@proxy-prints.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue and your order number, and we will arrange a reprint or refund at no additional cost.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each order is custom printed to your specifications, we generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we will gladly provide a refund or reprint for any quality issues, printing errors, or shipping damage. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
